Terms and conditions

All orders are C.O.D. unless other arrangements have been made. A 30% deposit is required at the time the order acknowledgement is signed and returned back to Thomas Nursery. To those who have established credit with us at least 6 weeks prior to shipping your order, our terms are net 30 days. All accounts over 30 days will be assessed a service charge of 2% per month, which is an annual rate of 24% plus the cost of collection.

No claims will be considered unless made in writing within 7 days after receiving their shipment. Any claims thereafter will not be acknowledged.

Minimum order is $200.00. We gladly accept cash. To better serve you we also accept Checks, Credit or Debit Cards, and PayPal. A $50.00 service charge will be applied to returned checks.

We are very careful to keep varieties true to name. We assume no responsibility after plants leave the nursery. Plants damaged in transit by delays, neglect of carrier, or any other cause beyond our control is at your own risk and is between you and the carrier. Buyers agree that any dispute arising out of the sale of these goods shall be arbitrated in the Chancery Court for Warren County, Tennessee and the State of Tennessee shall be the forum for any and all litigation that may arise from any sell of goods by the seller.Minimum order is $200.00. All stock travels at the purchaser’s risk. All delivery charges are C.O.D. and must be paid when stock is delivered. Customers are responsible for unloading trucks, and the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Our nursery stock is inspected annually by our State Department of Agriculture.

Freight is due upon delivery. Unless any previous arrangements are made before shipment, payment is to be made upon arrival for freight on all truck or partial truck loads.

Our nursery is located at 461 Wilson Newby Rd. McMinnville, TN 37110. We are 3 1/2 miles off Highway 56 halfway between McMinnville and Smithville TN. Visitors are welcome with an appointment.
